Qi Shuting, male, born in May 1950, Han nationality, Haixing County, Hebei Province, owner of Zhonghetang, pen name Vicissitudes. Professor and doctoral supervisor of Hebei University of Technology. He is a specially invited audit supervisor of the National Audit Office, a decision-making consulting expert of the Tianjin Municipal People's Government, a member of the Hebei Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the vice president of the China National Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, the vice president of the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Studies, the vice chairman of the Art Committee of Xinhua Art Network, and a distinguished artist of Zhongnanhai.
Since 1956, he began to practice calligraphy, first to Liu Ti, and then to learn from the two kings, and humbly learn from fellow sages, absorbing the strengths of others, forming a cursive calligraphy with certain characteristics.
