"Let's start picking tea!" After the opening ceremony, everyone tied tea baskets around their waists, shuttled between the green tea ridges in Zhou'an Village, and picked off the unique fresh and tender "tea flavor".
Recently, after several spring rains, the tea trees have been budding and spitting green, and the fragrance of tea leaves has come to the face, which makes people feel refreshed. In the processing plant not far away, as the temperature of the wok rises, the fresh leaves are in the rolling of the workers, the water evaporates rapidly, gradually fades to green, and the tea fragrance becomes more and more intense.
It is understood that Zhou'an Village, Fushan Town, is located in the mountainous area of Yanshang, with suitable altitude, light and climate, acidic soil, rich organic content and trace elements, and is a suitable production area for high-quality tea. Therefore, the tea garden is close to the mountain, high and low, lush, and has now formed two contiguous scale planting bases of "Sihexiang" tea base and tea demonstration base.
"In recent years, the price of fresh tea has been stable, dozens of times the output value of similar land (thin soil and wasteland). According to the relevant person in charge of Fushan Town, in order to achieve agricultural transformation and upgrading, Fushan Town actively encourages farmers on the rock to develop tea planting, solve the problem of idle land and low efficiency, and enhance the ability to increase income.
Zhao Kangyin of the ninth group of Zhou'an Village planted two acres of tea trees on the slope, which can harvest more than 100 kilograms of tea per mu, and the annual output value per mu can reach more than 5,000 yuan, "When the price of fresh tea is the highest, it can be sold for 60 yuan per kilogram, which is a lot of income." Wang Zongfang, a villager who works in the processing plant, not only grows tea at home, but also earns a salary by working. ”
"Our village is mainly planted with Fuxuan No. 9 and Mingxuan 131 tea, maintaining a 9-month picking cycle, which is currently the bumper yield period of spring tea, and the villagers can pick about 3 to 4 catties of fresh tea per person per day. Liu Xueyou, director of the village committee of Zhou'an Village, said that at present, the village has formed a planting scale of about 4,000 acres, with an output value of 5,000 to 8,000 yuan per mu, which is expected to drive the total income of the village to more than 1,500 yuan, which greatly improves the ability of farmers to increase their income and get rich.
The tea planting area is gradually expanding, and how to improve the added value of the tea industry has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently.
To this end, the integration of more than 300 yuan of funds at all levels, the establishment of Fushun County Sihexiang Tea Co., Ltd., the successful registration of the "Qingyan Chunwu" trademark, the construction of a set of greening, rolling, drying and other processes of tea processing plant, in-depth exploration of tea processing to deep processing transformation.
"'Sihe' is based on the Sihe fragrant tea base in Zhou'an Village, Fushan Town, and invested in the four towns of Fushi Street, Donghu Street, Fushan Town, and Banqiao Town, to jointly promote the development of the tea industry, help the village collective economic development and growth, and feed itself. Liu Xueyou said that the continuous improvement of the industrial chain has also provided more jobs for the town and surrounding villagers, and solved the employment of more than 400 poverty alleviation households and more than 900 ordinary people.
After the initial processing, the price of tea can be increased by more than six times, which is expected to increase the yield of tea farmers in Zhou'an Village by about 500 yuan per mu, and the collective economy will increase by about 500,000 yuan per year. At the same time, the village collective also plans to apply for registered trademarks for the processed tea products, such as "Fushan Rock Burning Tea" and "Fushan Fragrant Tea".
In the next step, Fushan Town will rely on the county-level tea park, take "one core, two verticals and two parks" and "green ecological concept" as the development engine, focus on the construction of "Shanshui Fushan and Ecological Tea Township", revitalize rural land resources, adopt the experience mode of "introduction + deep cultivation", call natural oxygen bar, taste "Qingyan Spring Mist", and body farming culture, and strive to realize the in-depth integration and development of tea picking area, processing area and experience area in 2025, and in the "14th Five-Year Plan" During the period, the town will be built into a unique cultural tourism and tea tourism town, injecting new momentum into rural revitalization.
