In the same month, the Hutang Branch carried out special inspections on Yanghu Square, Aoxin Style Street, Xintiandi and other places in the online catering concentration area under its jurisdiction, focusing on the food safety risk links unique to online catering services such as online catering food processing and production sites, takeaway packaging and packaging materials, and distribution processes.
During the special inspection, the law enforcement officers of the Hutang Branch found that the three takeaway catering units of Tumbling Bar, Fried Rice, Fried Noodles, Fried Pho (Hutang Store), Crazy Potato, Mashed Potato Sauce Bibimbap, and Hour Canteen (Qiangzai Snack) had common problems such as untidy food business premises, and there were also characteristic problems such as food not being stored as required. "In response to these three catering takeaway units with large food safety hazards, our sub-bureau communicated with the district bureau, used them as a typical example to carry out the first phase of the takeaway blacklist, and reported it through the WeChat public account platform. Zhu Zhenya, deputy director of the Hutang Branch of the District Market Supervision Bureau, introduced that the Hutang Branch had previously inspected a total of 94 catering service units in the jurisdiction (including 30 in Yanghu Square, 40 in Aoxin Style Street, and 24 in Xintiandi Sleepless City).

In the Tumbling Bar Fried Rice, Fried Noodles and Fried Pho (Hutang Store) in Yanghu Square, the law enforcement officers of the Hutang Branch inspected the store environment, raw material control, meal preparation operations, equipment and facilities maintenance, etc. Mr. Wu, the shopkeeper, said that there are four employees in the store, two on duty in the morning and two in the evening. Due to the large number of takeaway orders every day, there is no time to take care of the management of the store environment. During the inspection, the law enforcement officers still found that the store still had the problems of not cleaning the sanitary dead corners thoroughly enough, and some equipment and facilities were not replaced beyond the service life. The law enforcement officers ordered it to make rectifications within a time limit before it could go online.
The law enforcement officers of the Hutang Branch learned that the hour canteen (Qiangzai snacks) located in Aoxin Style Street has been closed and the store has been transferred. The law enforcement officers posted a "Notification Letter" on the door of the shop, informing him of the relevant contents of the procedures for continuing to operate and going through the procedures for canceling the license.
