Contest Flow

(1) The registration shall be conducted in the form of on-site registration, and the name and number of participating teams and the name of the participating programs shall be truthfully registered when registering, and the music of the participating programs and the "Letter of Responsibility for Voluntary Participation" (each participating team member is required to sign and press his fingerprint).

(2) Preparatory stage: Draw lots at 09:00 a.m. on April 19, 2024,

Lottery location: No. 31 Chaoyang Road, Yaboshi Dental (opposite Laozhou Women's and Children's Hospital).

(3) Preliminaries: April 24, 2024, 8:00-12:00 in the morning and 14:00-18:00 in the afternoon, the participating teams will compete in order of drawing.

(4) Final stage: From 8:00 to 11:30 on April 25, 2024, the top 20 literary and artistic teams will participate in the finals.

Contest Notice:

(1) The participating programs should carry forward the main theme, eulogize the new era, and lead the new fashion, with positive content and clear themes, and the overall performance is full of vitality, passion, strong appeal, easy to learn and easy to jump, smooth movements, and rich formation changes, fully demonstrating the high-spirited team spirit.

(2) The number of participants in each team is 12-16 healthy dance enthusiasts, and there is no limit to gender. When registering, participants are required to sign a "Voluntary Safety Responsibility Letter".

(3) The time of the participating programs is controlled at 3-5 minutes, and points will be deducted for less or overtime.

(4) There is no restriction on the type of dance in this competition, and the choreographed movements must conform to the fitness characteristics of the square and be ornamental.

(5) Each team should bring its own music and submit it in MP3 format, with clear music and healthy content.

(6) The costumes are uniform, beautiful and generous, and conform to the characteristics of square dance.

(7) Each person can only represent one team in the competition, if the same person is found to represent two or more teams in the competition, the results of the competition will be cancelled.

Grading Criteria

There are 3 judges in the competition, who will be scored according to the overall mental outlook, expressiveness and neatness of the participating teams, formation arrangement, selection of music and matching of participating costumes.

The specific scoring implementation rules are as follows:

1. Mental outlook (2 points) Participants can actively show the cultural characteristics of health, brightness, joy and harmony, have a sense of the times, can express healthy feelings, and can fully display the style of sports and fitness;

2. Artistic performance (4 points): The participants have an accurate understanding of music, the choreography is in line with the melody of the music, the music is clear and full, and has good audio-visual effects. The movements are in place, rhythmic, optimistic and natural, strong expressiveness, and the movements are neat and consistent, which can fully demonstrate the positive spirit of this competition.

3. Form of expression (4 points) During the competition, the formation and arrangement are novel, smooth and coordinated, distinctive, layered, and artistic. The costumes and props are in line with the content and style of the competition, consistent with the theme of the competition, and have a good visual impact.
