Scope of Recruitment

Fresh graduates and social workers who meet the requirements of the position.

Fresh graduates refer to college graduates in 2024, and unemployed college graduates after graduation in 2022 and 2023 are regarded as fresh graduates. Recruitment conditions

(1) Applicants should meet the following basic conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

2. Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system;

Registration, payment and eligibility

The registration, qualification review, examination payment and admission ticket download are all carried out on the Tianjin Talent Service Center Network (http://www.tjtalents.com.cn/).

In this recruitment, each person is limited to one position. Written examination and qualification review

(1) Written examination

The subject of the written examination for health professional posts is "Comprehensive Medical Knowledge", which mainly evaluates the theoretical knowledge and professionalism that candidates should possess to engage in medical-related work.

Candidates should download and print the admission ticket from the registration website within the specified time, and take the examination according to the time and place on the admission ticket. When taking the test, you must bring both the admission ticket and the ID card (second generation), and candidates who lack either certificate are not allowed to take the test.

The full score of the written test paper is 100 points, and the written test score is retained to 1 decimal place. After the written test is scored, the recruiting unit may, according to the actual needs, put forward the minimum passing score line for the written test for various positions, which will be implemented after being reviewed by the Discipline Supervision Working Group for Public Recruitment of Public Institutions of the Health Commission of Tianjin Binhai New Area. (2) Qualification review

Before the interview, organize the interviewers to conduct a qualification review. The notice of qualification review will be published on the registration website.

Those who enter the interview need to take the registration form downloaded and printed online and the original and photocopy of the qualification certificate to the designated place to participate in the qualification review. If the materials provided by the interviewers do not match the registration information and do not meet the recruitment conditions, their qualifications for the interview will be cancelled. Those who fail to participate in the qualification review at the time and place notified shall be deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications for the interview. The interview is a structured interview, which mainly evaluates the candidate's ability of comprehensive analysis, organization and coordination, emergency response, and language expression. The interview score is 100 points, the passing line is 60 points, and the interview score is kept to 1 decimal place, and those below the passing line will not enter the next recruitment link.

Those who enter the interview should attend the interview at the time and place determined on the interview admission ticket. When participating in the interview, you must bring both the admission ticket and your ID card (second generation), and you will not be allowed to participate in the interview without any of the documents.

The total score of the examination is calculated as follows: 50% of the written test score and 50% of the interview score. Specifically: total score = written test score ×50% + interview score × 50% (the total score is kept to 2 decimal places). After the interview, the total score will be sorted from high to low, and the list of physical examination personnel will be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 of the number of job recruits. If the total score is tied, resulting in the number of people entering the physical examination exceeding the number of job employment plans, the person with the highest written test score shall determine the personnel participating in the physical examination, and other circumstances shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations.

physical examination

In accordance with the unified arrangement, organize the personnel entering the physical examination to go to the designated hospital for physical examination. The items and standards for physical examinations shall be implemented with reference to the standards and procedures for the physical examinations for civil servants uniformly provided by the state before the physical examination standards for public institutions are promulgated. If the state has clear provisions on the physical examination standards for posts with special requirements for physical conditions, they shall be implemented in accordance with national regulations.

Personnel who violate operating procedures, commit fraud, twist the law for personal gain, or derelict their duties during the physical examination, causing adverse consequences, shall be punished in accordance with relevant regulations. Applicants who commit fraud or conceal the true situation during the physical examination will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations.

Applicants who fail to participate in the physical examination and re-examination at the specified time and place for non-organizational reasons shall be deemed to have given up automatically. Those who fail to pass the physical examination will be cancelled and enter the next recruitment link.

The inspection is organized and implemented by the recruiting unit. The inspection should be comprehensive, objective and fair, in accordance with the employment standards of both ability and political integrity, morality first, follow the orientation of focusing on actual performance, outstanding ability, and comprehensive merit, according to the requirements of the position to be hired, take individual conversations, on-site visits, strict review of personnel files, interviews with myself, etc., focusing on understanding the political ideology, moral character, ability and quality, work attitude, law-abiding, learning and work performance, and the need to avoid the situation, and at the same time review the qualifications of the subject of inspection. The inspection team shall be formed with more than 2 staff members. The inspection team should conduct a comprehensive analysis of the opinions of all parties, accurately grasp the situation of the object under investigation, and ensure that the results of the investigation are comprehensive, true and accurate. At the end of the inspection, a written inspection opinion should be written. After investigation, those who are not suitable to be hired as staff members of public institutions are not to be hired.

Publicity and employment

In accordance with the prescribed procedures and standards, the unit shall determine the list of personnel to be hired according to the candidates' examination results, physical examination results and inspection conditions. The personnel to be hired will be publicized on the announcement website. The content of the publicity shall be subject to the "Public Institution Public Recruitment Publicity Form for Personnel to be Hired", and the publicity period shall be 7 working days. At the same time, the supervision and reporting telephone number will be announced and the social supervision will be accepted.

After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem to be reflected, or if there is a problem that does not affect the employment, the employment formalities shall be handled in accordance with the prescribed procedures; if the problems that affect the employment are reported and there is evidence, the employment qualifications of the public institution shall be revoked; and if it is difficult to verify the problems reported for the time being, the employment formalities shall be postponed, and the decision on whether or not to hire will be made after the investigation is clarified.
