Due to the large number of parking along the northern section of Minmin Street and Renmin Street, public transport vehicles cannot pass normally in both directions, and at the same time, vehicles are prohibited from turning left at the intersection of Renmin Street and Xuanwumen Street, and Luoyang Public Transport Group adjusts the direction of the outer ring of No. 18 Road.
The line starts from the east exit of Chundu Road, and after driving along the original line to Xiguan, it is changed to Zhongzhou East Road, Xinjie, Xuanwumen Street, and Pingping Street to restore the original line.
Cancelled stations: Jiulong Dingbei, Tanggong East Road Chengfumen Street Entrance, Tanggong East Road Jian'an Street Entrance, North Street Lianhuasi Street Entrance, North Street Xuanwumen Street Entrance, Minmin Street Zhongzhou East Road Intersection, Renmin Street Ershi South Street Entrance.
