Today is a tough battle, there is a locomotive traction motor armature winding broken, grounding overcurrent needs to be replaced, the other two small auxiliary car is 3 minor repairs and 4 minor repairs, we start work synchronously in accordance with the parallel operation method to ensure on-time delivery.
Foreman Cui Lijun assigned today's tasks at the team roll call meeting. 8 workers quickly entered the working state, some connected the pneumatic wrench on the ground, laid the rubber pad, disassembled the coupler, some drilled into the bottom of the car to disassemble the parts, loosened the bolts, and some climbed on the roof to disassemble the roof cover bolts, and cooperated with the crane lifting...... The job site is busy and well organized.
In the past few days, the volume of Linha line has continued to be at a high level, and the daily supply of trucks in the Linhe maintenance workshop has increased from 28 units in previous years to 51 units now. Because these locomotives have been running on desert railways with harsh natural environments such as Linha Line and Wuji Line for a long time, the traction motors have been running at high load and low speed for a long time, which is easy to lead to fatigue cracks in stress concentration parts.
With the roar of the wind-driven wrench, the end caps ......of the axle box were removed one by one. In between flaw detection operations, the operators have already started the locomotive wheel drop operation. Wang Lun, a "post-00" worker, is the youngest in the team, who has just been working for just over a year and has become the backbone of the business under the careful guidance of the master. Wang Lun stood on the wheel drop in the trench and turned on the headlamp on the hard hat. The narrow trench was surrounded by various wires and pipes, and he could only lean over the motor, his arm through the gap in the wires, and loosen the nut little by little with a dull wrench, separating the ventilation clips from the ventilation canvas. Back on the ground and wiping the sweat from the sludge on his face, he burrowed into the trench and worked on the back of the narrower motor.
The screws of the axle box spring rod are fixed, and the air wrench is not loose, so come and take the handle.
The four people outside the trench were divided into two groups, one of which was responsible for installing the axle box spring fixing clip, wheel stopper, vertical bracket, and disassembling the external fixing parts of the locomotive body. Bao Wensheng, 58, and Wang Fulin, 57, sat cross-legged on the ground, bent over and pushed their heads sideways into the gap between the spring and the sandbox, and worked together to loosen the screws with a dull wrench.
Pay attention to cooperate with each other, speed up the progress and ensure safety at the same time!
The other group also encountered a similar problem, the motor boom hinge pin body and bolts were resistant to the locomotive during operation and could not be loosened. 58-year-old Ren Qiang held a self-made 36-inch cigarette pot wrench and stuck the bolt, and 35-year-old Yang Liming held a hammer in his hand to find the right swing distance and work together to loosen the bolt. As the wheel drop machine drives the motor into the wheel drop pit smoothly, the motor and the car body are decomposed and the falling operation is completed.

After lunch, several workers sat on chairs and took a nap before they had time to pack up their lunch boxes, and Cui Lijun was about to call everyone up, but was stopped by Zhong Jiandong, deputy director of the workshop.

Judging from the current tooling and the number of workers, we are already working very fast, but even so, the time left for us is still very tight.
Replace the sealing strip, apply the sealant, tie the anti-retardant wire, install the bearing pads and dust covers...... Each process is done neatly. Although there was no problem with the visual inspection, Cui Lijun still took out the feeler gauge and carefully measured the gap between the bearing pad and the axle. After the assembly of the motor components is completed, the top assembly of the falling wheel begins again.
Don't look at the work of our walking group with either a wrench or a sledgehammer, everyone is covered in oil mud, but we have a lot of technical work!
Cui Lijun stared at the parts, used the remote control to control the lifting of the wheel dropper, when the aperture of each part coincided, the axle box tie rod into the groove, immediately beckoned the workers on both sides to hammer the tie rod to the appropriate position with a sledgehammer.
At about 16 o'clock, the repair process of the three cars was completed, and the test delivery began, and Cui Lijun trotted all the way to the locomotive "zero kilometer" test site outside the maintenance warehouse.
Since the beginning of the year, they have successfully completed 46 Chunjian locomotives, 22 intermediate inspections, 122 refurbished locomotives, 5 passenger locomotives, 3 key locomotives and 33 replacement traction motors under the condition of completing a total of 109 locomotives minor repairs, providing sufficient and high-quality power for the Linha line.
