In order to effectively do a good job in the monitoring of foodborne diseases in the Evenki Autonomous Banner, improve the early detection, early diagnosis and treatment of foodborne diseases in foodborne disease monitoring sentinel hospitals, timely discover potential food safety hazards, carry out risk early warning and emergency response capabilities, avoid health hazards, and protect public health. A few days ago, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Evenki Autonomous Banner carried out supervision and inspection of foodborne disease surveillance sentinel hospitals in the first quarter.
In this supervision, the organization and leadership, work plan, in-hospital business training, quality and quantity of reported case information, and file management of 11 sentinel hospitals in the whole banner were supervised. At the same time, the outpatient registration and electronic medical records of key departments were checked to check whether there were any omissions and late reports, and the on-site network reporting operation and knowledge questionnaires were answered to understand the knowledge of the network reporting business and the clinicians' knowledge of the monitoring and reporting process of foodborne diseases.
In view of the existing problems, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ewenki Autonomous Banner listed a "task list" for rectification according to the supervision situation, and made real efforts in "centralized correction" and "normal treatment". The sentinel hospitals for foodborne disease surveillance have been discharged and rectified the "curriculum", and real measures have been made in "immediate reform" and "long-term establishment".
