But recently, someone asked, is Xu Yongji a good person or a bad person?
In fact, looking at the two movies in the "Cold War" series, except for Cai Yuanqi, Mo Sir Nai and some political and business tycoons who appeared in the follow-up, there are few pure villains in the main camp of the movie.
But there is indeed a certain degree of doubt about the role of Xu Yongji.
The first question is, as the number one arm by Liu Jiehui's side, has he been bought?
The movie doesn't answer directly.
What kind of character is Xu Yongji?
In this film, he is a member of the Management Unit of the Hong Kong Police Force with the rank of Senior Superintendent under Deputy Commissioner of Police Lau Kit-fai.
A character of such a level is naturally not light.
In the direct contest between Liu Jiehui and Li Wenbin, Xu Yongji's role cannot be underestimated.
From the planning, pros and cons analysis, standing in line at critical moments and the details of the saddle before and after the horse, he can be seen.
Later, in a shootout on the flyover, he was shot and died in order to save Liu Jiehui.
But it left the suspicion that the "dog car" was robbed.

But the questions about Xu Yongji have only just begun.

The possibility of the two conspiring is real.

Actually, the logic is very simple.
Xu Yongji is indeed a bad gambler, but even if he owes so much money and even mortgages his real estate, can he be driven to rush forward by letting a senior superintendent of the Hong Kong Police Force betray the police force and not give him actual benefits, risking ruin and jail time, and charging for the bandits?
This is obviously impossible.
Xu Yongji died and had a large amount of unpaid debts.
