In 1926, Liu Jieying was born in Yangjiahui Village, Pinggu County, Beiping.
Since childhood, his personality has been like a boy, and his life is active. Her parents also followed her character and trained her as a boy and let her practice martial arts with her brother.
The one who really let her join the anti-Japanese team was her brother Liu Fuxing.
Liu Fuxing was the secretary of the village branch, responsible for collecting grain supplies and secretly transporting them to the surrounding anti-Japanese teams.
In 1943, because of a traitor's informant, his brother was captured by the Japanese army and beheaded for public display.
Liu Jieying and her sister-in-law, who had just returned home after burying her brother's body, were shocked by everything in front of them as soon as they opened the door: their father and niece were brutally killed by the Japanese.
At this time, Liu Jieying secretly swore in his heart: "If you do not share the sky with the Japanese, you will also avenge your relatives if you die."
In 1943, the Japanese army again carried out a sweep of Liu Jieying's village.
Liu Jieying was in a hurry and used a cauldron from the village butcher's house to set a trap for the Japanese army. The Japanese army walked towards Liu Jieying step by step, and Liu Jieying led the Japanese army to slowly approach the cauldron filled with hot water. Take advantage of the enemy's lack of attention and push the enemy into the boiling hot water at once. The Japanese soldier was burned by boiling water and died with a miserable cry. Seeing this, the other Japanese troops fled.
Soon, she married Chen Sheng from Xigu Village. Just over two months after marriage, her husband Chen Sheng died gloriously in the battle of Nanshuiyu.
On February 14, 1944, Liu Jieying, who was mourning her husband, was suddenly kicked open by the Japanese army. Liu Jieying, who was spinning thread on the kang, and several sisters immediately got up, and the Japanese soldier held a gun and shouted and reprimanded: "Which of you is the anti-Japanese family?" The traitor beside him pointed at Liu Jieying and said, "The one who wears white shoes!" The Japanese army pointed a bayonet at Liu Jieying: "As long as you point out who is the eighth road in the village, I will let you go!" Liu Jieying spat at the Japanese army: "Go and daydream about it!" The Japanese army was completely enraged, and people dug a big hole in the village and tied Liu Jieying up. She resisted desperately, and the Japanese had to plunge two bayonets deep into her waist and abdomen, and Liu Jieying fell into the pit. The Japanese puppet army filled the soil with shovels one by one, which completely angered the villagers. They took out hoes, brooms, etc., and rushed out together. The Japanese puppet army saw the makeup and fled in ashes.
After the Japanese left, Liu Jieying, who was buried in the soil, was rescued by the villagers. At first she was livid and not breathing. Everyone thought she was dead and was going to find a coffin to bury her. In the middle of the night, villagers noticed her finger move. At first, I thought it was an illusion, but when I looked closer, my fingers moved again. After rescue, Liu Jieying slowly woke up.
In July 1944, after recovering from his injuries, Liu Jieying joined the Eighth Route Army and finally became a glorious Eighth Route Army soldier.
In May 1945, the 14th Division held a heroic model conference, and Liu Jieying was awarded the title of "Anti-Japanese Hero".
In 2007, Liu Jieying died of illness at the age of 81!
