King Kong squatting limbs are basically fixed, that is, the feet are about two shoulders apart, the legs are slowly squatting, the thighs are parallel to the ground, the head is raised and the chest is straight, the eyes are ahead, the qi is gathered in the dantian, and the heels are off the ground.
