In accordance with the Municipal Party Committee's deployment of the "one soft" work of Yangming culture, under the guidance of the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee, focusing on "one hospital, one journal, one meeting, one company and one brand", we took the lead in formulating the top-level design of "one soft" for the transformation and application of Yangming culture in Guiyang City, mainly including building a strong Confucius Academy Yangming Research Institute, founding "Yangming Studies Research", giving full play to the role of Yangming Society, establishing Yangming cultural operation company, building Yangming cultural activities brand, etc., and actively promoting the implementation of the above work. In November 2023, the first forum was held with the theme of "Yangming Psychology and Entrepreneurship", and the "Confucius Academy Yuelu Yangming Research Center" was jointly established with Yuelu Academy to jointly promote the excavation, inheritance, innovation, research and promotion of Yangming culture, and the original Yangming culture academic brand "Yangming Research Yearbook" was upgraded and built. 33 academic members of the Academic Committee of Confucius Institute were appointed as researchers of the Confucius Institute for Advanced Study, integrating academic resources, supporting and leading scientific researchers to achieve breakthroughs and innovations in the field of excellent traditional Chinese culture, especially Yangming culture.
Innovate the cooperation mechanism between Confucius Institute and the universities that have signed the contract, and jointly train doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows in scientific research projects in the direction of Yangming Studies with famous universities in China. At present, Confucius Institute and Wuhan University have reached a preliminary agreement, and the two sides will jointly establish the "Wuhan University (Confucius School) Yangming Research Institute", and the two sides will jointly train doctoral students in the direction of Yangming Studies, and put one special index to Guiyang Confucius School every year. It has signed cooperation agreements with Yuelu College of Hunan University, International Institute of Confucianism of Sichuan University and other institutions to jointly train postdoctoral fellows in the field of Yangming studies.
