In his speech, Su Liangfei hoped that the county federation of trade unions would rely on the position to strengthen ideological guidance, expand the scope of services, smooth work channels, adhere to the public welfare and service direction of the workers' cultural palace, and strive to do a good job in construction, management, operation, use and other aspects, implement the requirements of "standardization", "gender and intelligence", promote the orderly and efficient operation of various tasks, and strive to build the workers' cultural palace into a new highland for strengthening the ideological and political education of employees and a "big school" and "big paradise" for employees.
The Workers' Cultural Palace is an important platform and carrier for serving the grassroots and workers. According to reports, at the end of 2023, the county federation of trade unions will start the construction and renovation of the site of the Workers' Cultural Palace. As of April 2024, the renovation project of the Workers' Cultural Palace has been basically completed. The newly renovated Workers' Cultural Palace is equipped with functional places such as a staff library, a model worker's studio, a female workers' activity room, a gymnasium, and an outdoor comprehensive stage, which can meet the needs of the workers to carry out various cultural and entertainment activities.
On the same day, the event site also held a staff recitation activity of "Chinese Dream and Labor Beauty - Concentrating on the Soul and Walking with the Party and a New Journey of Unity and Struggle".
