On the afternoon of May 14, Fulong Township invited the lawyer of the village to the Xincun Village Committee to carry out a lecture on "A Better Life, Accompanied by the Civil Code".
This lecture on "Civil Code into the Countryside" adopts a way that is close to the local customs and the life of farmers, and vividly interprets the legal provisions that are closely related to rural residents.
At the event site, the lawyer explained the "Contract Law" and "Land Contracting Law" in the Civil Code in simple terms, especially for the common rural issues such as land contracting and management rights, land contracting contracts, land contracting programs, and contracting to units or individuals outside collective economic organizations. Through the explanation of real cases, the villagers have a more intuitive understanding of how to use the Civil Code to protect their rights and interests.
