At Huidu Restaurant in Malian Dao, Beijing, the parties concerned failed to formulate and implement the production and business process control requirements in accordance with the regulations, violating the provisions of article 33, paragraph 1, item (2) of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, and were given an administrative penalty of warning in accordance with the provisions of article 28, paragraph 1 of the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China and article 126, paragraph 1, item (13) of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China.
6. Beijing Huashilai Catering Co., Ltd.
