1 V model of risk management

1.1 Longitudinal dimension

The vertical dimension represents the level of the product.

From top to bottom, it is the logical process of product gradual detailing, which includes: demand level, product level, component level, and process level.

Ensure that vague, abstract customer requirements are accurately broken down and transformed into product requirements, component requirements, and process requirements.

1.2 Transversal dimensions

The horizontal dimension represents the development logic of the product.

Hardware product development is carried out in a logical sequence of requirements, solutions, and verification (or validation).

Every level of the product, including the demand level, the product level, the parts level, and the process level, must follow this logic.

Ensure that there is a solution for each level and that the solution is validated or validated.

2 Risk prediction, three levels

The core of risk management is risk prediction.

The responsible person is the R&D engineer.

2.3 Process FMEA

最底层,是Process FMEA;

It is used in the process design stage, mainly focusing on the problems and risks existing in the process process, including part manufacturing, module assembly and system integration, etc.;

Its purpose is to optimize the manufacturing process (including process arrangement, tooling, fixtures, molds, etc.) to avoid the process capacity being unable to meet customer needs.

The responsible person is the process engineer.
