Feng Wenwei (1814–1896), Ziliantang, Xiu'an, a native of Wucheng (present-day Huzhou), Zhejiang. Gong calligraphy, penmanship is charming.

In the first year of Guangxu, Feng Wenwei Zhongju, Guangxu second year, participated in the ceremonial department examination of Chinese style, the temple test strategy, the third jinshi and the first, the Hanlin Academy editing, the official to the cabinet bachelor and the ceremonial department waiter title.
