Recently, the waterproof damage repair project of the main stream embankment of the Yongding River Sanjiadian Water Diversion Hub Section officially entered the construction, and the project will repair the upstream slope protection of the Yongding River Sanjiadian barrage damaged by the flood.
A reporter from Beijing Youth Daily learned from the Beijing Urban River and Lake Management Office that due to the impact of the "23.7" river basin flood, the slope protection upstream of the Yongding River Sanjiadian barrage was washed out in the flood, and the energy dissipation facilities such as the sea flood and anti-scouring trough downstream of the gate were also damaged to varying degrees, affecting the flood safety of the barrage. In the aftermath of the flood, there is still a large amount of gravel washed down from the upstream in the downstream connection. The construction personnel are using the excavator and the scraper to reverse the sand and gravel that affects the operation, and simultaneously select the blocks that meet the design requirements for recycling.
The reporter of Beiqing Daily saw at the scene that the cofferdam erection and pumping work of the project has been completed, and the removal of dry masonry is also being carried out normally as planned.
It is reported that the waterproof damage repair project of the main stream of the Yongding River in the Sanjiadian water diversion hub section will be completed before the flood season in 2024, which will effectively avoid the expansion of the embankment damage in this section of the main stream of the Yongding River, restore the normal flood capacity of the river, and ensure the safety of the city during the flood. At the same time, the water damage restoration and reconstruction project of Longjiazhuang Hydrological Station, which is responsible for the implementation of the Urban River and Lake Management Office, is also under construction in an orderly manner.
