Recently, in the 2×1 million kilowatt coal-power integrated expansion project of Inner Mongolia Energy Group's quasi-large power plant, a number of Sany cranes such as SAC24000T, SAC5000C8-8 and STB1600T6 are in full swing.
The whole project includes a number of operation areas such as the civil engineering area of the plant, the boiler steel frame area, the construction area of the chimney and the intercooling tower, the steel processing area, the heating surface combination area, and the six-channel production area. SAC24000T as the main crane for large pieces, it mainly undertakes the hoisting of the boiler steel frame area.
In the hoisting of the boiler steel frame, the weight span of the objects that need to be hoisted is large, and the largest cold section beam weighs 115 tons, because the building components are different, the car needs to be moved frequently, and each hoisting must be accurate to the point in the shortest time, which is a double test for operation and equipment performance.
The SAC24000T adopts the construction conditions of 47.5m main boom (70.3m main boom for large objects), 62m jib, 18.5m overlift and 270t counterweight, which successfully copes with various challenges in the project, and its strong hoisting capacity and stability make the owner full of praise.
Operator Zhang Hailong introduced, in the face of the hoisting task of the entire boiler steel frame, the project adopts the method of segmented hoisting, hoisting by dividing the steel frame into several sections, one by one hoisting, comprehensive consideration, SAC24000T is undoubtedly the best choice. The scientific hoisting method and reliable equipment not only ensure the safety and stability of the steel frame installation process, but also greatly improve the work efficiency.
With the help of SAC24000T, the 2×1 million kilowatt coal-power integrated expansion project of the quasi-large power plant of Inner Mongolia Energy Group has been progressing smoothly. After it is put into operation, it will achieve an annual power generation of 10 billion kilowatt hours and an industrial steam supply of 7.76 million tons, effectively promoting the local transformation of coal power and giving full play to the strategic role of "coal from the air and electricity to the whole of China". It will provide a strong energy guarantee for regional economic development and further promote the green transformation and sustainable development of the coal-fired power industry.
