At the event site, the engineering and technical personnel explained the splicing technology of the cement stabilized base of the new and old roads, the quality control and construction technology of the physical water stabilization project on the site, and introduced in detail the cleaning and wetting of the old road steps, the high-density cement slurry smearing the new and old road joints, the artificial feeding at the splicing place, the secondary cement slurry grout filling before the initial pressing, the rubber wheel rolling was increased twice at the joint, and the rolling completed the third grouting and other technical measures, which effectively solved the quality problem of the splicing quality of the water-stabilized base of the new and old roads, ensured the overall force of the water-stabilized base of the new and old roads, and improved the adhesiveness of the splicing surface. The compactness of the splicing is better, the core sample has no obvious holes, and the core sample across the seam is complete. All the observers gave full affirmation and high praise to the construction of ZK837+500~800 water stabilized medium and grassroots level.
