Under the "double reduction" policy, in order to further strengthen the construction of the teacher team, keep abreast of the implementation of the teaching routine work, in-depth routine guidance and management, and promote the solid development of the school's various education and teaching routine work, on December 22, Yugan Ten Primary School carried out a major review of the teacher's desk work.
Before the inspection, the school leaders gave a brief explanation of the content, method and grading criteria of the homework, and made a comprehensive deployment of the details and precautions in the routine inspection. The inspection covered many aspects such as teachers' desk preparation, various homework, and class attendance records, aiming to fully understand the professional level of teachers, find problems and rectify them in time, so as to promote the continuous improvement of school education quality.
During the inspection, the members of each group carefully read the contents of the inspection, made relevant records, and conducted an in-depth and detailed inspection of the teachers' teaching routines.

Seeing the circle drawing and writing full of desk preparations, it seems to see the teachers sitting on the desk and preparing carefully, and each stroke makes us feel a full sense of responsibility and mission.

When I opened the children's homework books, I saw the students' neat writing and exquisite drawings, as well as the teacher's careful correction of the paintings.
