Preserved duck is a "good taste" exclusive to Enpyeong in autumn and winter. Naji Town is one of the main production areas of Enping's traditional cured duck, which has a history of 500 years. Preserved duck has the characteristics of rich aroma, plump oil tail, thin skin and tender meat, crispy and chewy bones, etc., and is the top grade in Guangdong cured meat. Just the day before, Naji Town selected 10 Naji duck kings, won the gold and silver medals respectively, and appeared in this duck choy sum festival, attracting many tourists to stop.
