At the beginning of the activity, the "Light the Heart" team introduced the team, the purpose and process of the activity to the students in detail, so that the students could participate in the activity with a more serious and positive attitude.
With the end of the self-introduction of the auxiliary members, the activity officially began. Through the small games of "Bell in the Opposite Direction" and "One Yuan and Five Corners", the students broke the ice in a relaxed game atmosphere, and the scene was full of laughter.
After the introduction of the activity, the group members divided the students into three groups, patiently guided each student to examine themselves comprehensively and deeply from different perspectives, wrote 15 "who am I" to describe themselves, and communicated with the students in the group. This part guides students to enter their own inner world through a multi-dimensional perspective, to fully understand themselves, discover themselves, and find themselves.
In the third part, "Bombing of Advantages", students used the transmission of paper balls to relay each other's advantages. With the encouragement of the group members, the students not only evaluated and praised each other from all aspects and dimensions, but also listened to the positive contributions of their partners. Finally, in response to the students' questions in this activity and daily life, the members of the League also answered them one by one, and conducted a "1v1" in-depth interview with the students and teachers. In the process of communication, the team members had an in-depth understanding of the specific situation of the school's psychological activities, the psychological problems and ideas of the students in their school and Xi life, and more clearly grasped the reality of the mental health of secondary vocational students.
After the event, the team members expressed their heartfelt thanks to the school and teachers, and the two sides reached an agreement on further cooperation with the school on the follow-up project.
