Released a 30,000-word report on the development and governance of generative AI
In the keynote speech session, Shi Jianzhong, Vice President of China University of Political Science and Law and Dean of the Institute of Data Rule of Law of China University of Political Science and Law, shared his thoughts on the open system of public data. On the same day, the Nandu Digital Economy Governance Research Center also released the 30,000-word "Generative AI Development and Governance Observation Report (2023)". The report analyzes the current status of industry development, application supervision and compliance challenges, the trends of AI regulatory policies in major countries, and the similarities and differences in governance methods in 2023, in order to understand the pain points and difficulties of industry development, and puts forward an initiative for ethical governance of generative AI based on the thinking of nearly 50 experts and scholars, including seven principles and nine recommendations.
