Jingdong merchants sell counterfeit and shoddy products, delaying the processing time-Woodpecker complaint platform
On November 10, 2023, I purchased two Phoenix electric vehicles from a third-party merchant (Phoenix Electric Tricycle Flagship Store) on the JD.com platform, one is an electric tricycle with the model GL-new Jiaolong 2.0, and the other is an electric small four-wheeled vehicle with the model of the OP-scooter full series.
1. Complaints about electric tricycles: I bought it on November 10, 2023, but there was a problem with the battery in January 2024, when I bought it, the product detail page said that it could run 100 miles, but in fact, it could only run about 20 miles in January. After repeated communication with the merchant, the merchant has been avoiding after-sales problems and has been evading after-sales responsibility on the grounds of cold weather. Submitted a dispute form on JD.com without resolving the issue. On February 4, the merchant submitted the test report of Tianjin Hengchaohang Technology Co., Ltd., which opened its store on JD.com, and after review, this test report is an invalid report and is no longer valid.
So the merchant submitted the test report of Shanghai Phoenix Bicycle Jiangsu Co., Ltd. on February 15, but the electric vehicle model tested in this report is the electric three-wheeled motorcycle A08E, which does not match the electric vehicle model I purchased. At the request of JD.com, the electric vehicle test was done, and the test was done in the store recommended by JD.com, and the battery had a serious power deficit, and the quality of the controller was problematic. But even though JD.com pushed the links and stores to do the tests, now JD.com refuses to admit the test results. At the same time, the merchant is required to provide a test report of the electric vehicle battery, and the name of the unit of this test report is Jiujiu Power Group Co., Ltd., and there is no such company after Tianyan check. At the request, the merchant uploaded the purchase invoice and purchase voucher on March 11, which showed that the merchant purchased from Tianjin Hengchaohang Co., Ltd., but the test report provided by Hengchaohang Company had expired.
At the beginning, the test report provided by Tianjin Hengchaohang Technology Co., Ltd. was the test report of the expiration period, and the test report provided later was that of Shanghai Phoenix Bicycle Jiangsu Co., Ltd., and it was inconsistent with the model of the electric vehicle I purchased. The invoice and certificate are those of Jieyang Teyue E-commerce Co., Ltd. All kinds of supporting documents are either invalid, or they do not correspond to each other, and selling dog meat on the head of a sheep is a fraudulent consumer behavior.
2. Complaints about electric small four-wheeled vehicles: According to the elderly at home, the electric small four-wheeled vehicle could not be charged in early March, and the indicator light of the electric vehicle charger was not lit when it was plugged in. There are also issues with the charger and battery. The electric vehicle has also submitted a dispute sheet, and the merchant is required to provide the corresponding test report and certificate, as of March 14, there has been no feedback from JD.com and the merchant.
3. Appeals: Because of the problem of selling counterfeit and shoddy products on JD.com, merchants have been shirking responsibility and delaying the resolution time indefinitely, and at the same time, JD.com has lax supervision and connivance, causing distress to consumers, requiring JD and merchants to be punished and returned for refund, and 3 times the compensation.
