1. From March 7, 2024, this merchant named Shuai Zong Light Luxury Jewelry will sell all kinds of Myanmar A jadeite, diamonds, beeswax, cultural toys and other jewelry on the Taobao live broadcast platform, and defrauded the amount of more than 38,000 yuan under the pretext of fake and real, forged documents, evaded tariffs, etc. (there are screenshots and screen recordings) under the pretext of saving on behalf of others (according to the criteria for filing a fraud case: the amount of fraud is more than 30,000 to 100,000 yuan, which is a huge amount of data).

As of April 6, 2024, I have contacted customer service many times, but to no avail, and I have found the Taobao platform to coordinate and deal with it, but due to the limited guarantee amount, the platform supports but cannot give a full refund, and can only disclose the merchant membership certification information.
3.
