About the "Liang Sicheng Cup" Overseas Chinese Architectural Design Competition

In order to carry forward Mr. Liang Sicheng's great craftsman spirit in architectural design and cultural heritage protection, and promote the integration of overseas Chinese culture and modern construction technology, in 2015, with the strong support of Mr. Liang Sicheng's younger brother Academician Liang Sili and Mr. Liang Sicheng's descendants, the first "Liang Sicheng Cup" Global Overseas Chinese Architectural Design Competition was held in Mr. Liang Sicheng's hometown Jiangmen.
In 2023, on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of Mr. Liang Qichao's birth, Jiangmen will relaunch the "Liang Sicheng Cup" Overseas Chinese Architectural Design Competition to express its high respect for Mr. Liang Qichao and Mr. Liang Sicheng. Over the past year, the competition has received wide attention and praise in the national construction field, with a total of more than 700 people registering and receiving information, and more than 150 entries have been received.
Recently, after on-site evaluation by expert judges, 50 works were finally determined, including 4 first prizes, 8 second prizes, 12 third prizes, and 26 excellence awards.
The list of winners is now publicized, and the publicity period is from December 18, 2023 to December 25, 2023. During the publicity period, if any unit or individual has different opinions on the award-winning information, please feedback in writing to the Office of the Leading Group of the "Liang Sicheng Cup" Overseas Chinese Architectural Design Competition (the mailing materials are subject to the postmark date). The opinions of the unit must be stamped with the official seal, and the personal opinions must be signed with the real name and provide the ID number and contact number.
