Ordinary people in Gaza now know that Hamas is finished. Israel has extended the daily humanitarian ceasefire from four to six hours, allowing residents of the Gaza corridor to move south across the Saladin route. Since 7 November, many Gazans have been leaving, and the number of departures has increased, from 2,000 a day to 80,000 a day. It can be clearly seen from the image data that the number of civilians retreating is very large, and the flow of people is not visible at a glance. The reason for the evacuation of so many people in droves may be that the Israeli army has effectively stopped the attack of Hamas militants on the evacuation routes, and people can be evacuated safely.

Some Palestinian civilians fleeing northern Gaza angrily denounced that the Hamas leaders, who were safely hiding in Qatar, had "destroyed Gaza" and that "they were traitors" and that Hamas had deprived them of their homes:

It cannot be ruled out that these people deliberately said this in order to please the other party after seeing the Israeli media, or in order to reduce the trouble they may encounter in the transfer, but if they can say so, at least they also know that Hamas is about to finish, so they are not at all worried that Hamas will "settle accounts with them after the fall" in the future.

The departure of civilians and the denunciation of Hamas show that Hamas's perverse behavior has alienated ordinary Gazans, and Gazans are not willing to help Hamas as a meat shield, at least when Hamas is about to finish. Once the majority of Gaza civilians leave, the Hamas militants who have remained in northern Gaza to this day will be completely in the urn.
