Cast iron motor test bench (motor workbench) technical requirements:
1. The working surface of the flat plate shall not have defects such as sand holes, pores, cracks, slag inclusions, shrinkage, scratches, bumps, rust spots and other defects that seriously affect the appearance and performance of use.
2. The casting surface of the flat plate should be clear of molding sand and flat, and the paint should be firm.
3. On the working surface of the flat plate with an accuracy registered as grade 0-3, the sand hole with a diameter of less than 15mm is allowed to be blocked with the same material, and its hardness should be less than the hardness of the surrounding materials. The working face should be blocked with no more than 4 sand holes, and the spacing between the sand holes should not be less than 80mm.
4. The flat plate should be made of high-quality and fine gray cast iron or alloy and other materials, and its working face hardness should be 170-220HB.
5. The flat working surface should usually adopt the scraping process. Scraping is used.
