In October, 130,000 mu of sugar beet in Baicheng County ushered in the harvest period, and Aksuodu Sugar Industry in Baicheng Industrial Park also ushered in the peak production period. As the main raw material for sugar production, since the end of September, about 10,000 tons of sugar beet have been transported into the factory from surrounding townships every day.
Nurdon Mamuti, director of the raw material department of Aksuodu Sugar Co., Ltd., said: "Our company relies on the townships around the county, orders to plant more than 100,000 mu of sugar beet, providing sufficient raw materials for enterprise production, we started to buy sugar beet at the end of September, at present, we enter the factory about 10,000 tons a day, and the follow-up is increasing." ”
In the production workshop of the enterprise, the reporter saw that the sugar beets transported in were magically made into white sugar, granular meal, molasses and other products after a series of processes such as cleaning, shredding, and steaming processing.
Li Zhenglin, general manager of Akzoodu Sugar Co., Ltd., said: "Our company plans to buy about 700,000 tons of sugar beet this year, and plans to produce 80,000 tons of white sugar, 30,000 tons of granular meal and 30,000 tons of molasses. ”
