Iran's main population is often referred to as the Persians – about 50 million people live here. In addition, the Persians lived in Turkey, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, the UAE, Iraq, etc. They call themselves farces. Since the 7th century BC, the term "Persian" has been actively used in different pronunciations in the Iranian plateau. This is the name of a large Iranian-speaking tribal confederation from Central Asia. Soon after, the Persians established strong ties with the region, which is today a region within Iran (Ostan), known as Fars (different pronunciations of Pars). This place is considered the birthplace of the Persian language and the cradle of the founding of Iran. The language spoken by the Persians is called Persian. Modern peoples, such as the Pashtuns (Afghans) and Parsis (India), as well as the ancient Parthians, have the same roots in their names, only with different sounds. I will also remember the Parsha - a tribe mentioned in the Rigveda (who participated in the Battle of the Ten Kings).
