During the conversation, Jack learns that Rudy has planned to murder his wife thirty times. The woman thought her husband had serious mental problems and sent him to this hospital. She drove up to Jack and told him that it was hard to wait for the car because of Christmas. She asked Jack where he was going, but Jack didn't know where he was going. The enthusiastic woman lets Jack in the car, and she will help find a shelter. After all, the weather was very cold at this time, and Jack was wearing so thin.
