Coconut milk 200 g
100 g of water
Sugar 30 g
Milk 50 g
Corn flour 35 g
Red part of the material:
Coconut milk 200 ml
Water 350 ml
Granulated sugar 120 g
Flower milk 50 g
Corn flour 60 g
Red bean kernels 100 g
1 drop of red food coloring (may not be used)
method:
White part:
1. Boil water, sugar and coconut milk
2. Add milk to corn flour and mix well
3. Then add to the coconut milk syrup water
4. Stir the batter with an egg whisk until there are no flour particles, cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes until cooked
5. Then pour into the basin and let cool for 10 minutes
Red part:
1. Boil 300 ml of water, sugar and coconut milk
2. The remaining 50 ml of water and flower milk are mixed with corn flour, then added to the coconut milk syrup water, and the batter is stirred with an egg whisk until there is no flour
3. Add red bean grains and food coloring and mix well
4. Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes and pour over the white cake noodles
5. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, then cut into pieces and eat
Tips:
1. If there are any particles in the corn starch syrup, please filter it once with a sieve before adding it to the coconut milk syrup water.
2. Red beans can be made at home, or canned red beans can be bought at bakeries or Japanese department stores.
