The intense competition begins at 7:30 a.m., with two contestants from each team making a designated pasta dish , "Pleated Buns" and two pastry pieces of your choice , which last 70 minutes.

With the advancement of the competition, a series of pasta and noodles with good color, aroma and shape were delivered to the judges and displayed in the stadium hall, and 7 noodle experts from Beijing and our province, such as Wang Zhiqiang and Liu Dangdang, were in the judges' room to score from the three aspects of taste texture, work presentation, nutrition and hygiene, and self-selected pastry works were scored from three aspects: taste, presentation and creativity.
