　　The optimized and standardized outpatient chronic diseases of employee medical insurance include 45 diseases such as outpatient treatment of malignant tumors, anti-rejection therapy of organ transplantation, hemophilia, uremic dialysis, tuberculosis, severe mental illness, nephrotic syndrome, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and myasthenia gravis. Among them, outpatient treatment of malignant tumors, organ transplant anti-rejection therapy, hemophilia, uremia dialysis, severe psychosis and tuberculosis are suitable for outpatient treatment, and special treatments that are more economical and convenient than hospitalization refer to hospitalization management.

　　According to the staff of the Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau, for some diseases, if the diagnosis certificate, outpatient medical records and related examination reports of hospitals above the second level (including the second level) can prove the condition, and meet the access standards, a copy of the inpatient medical records will no longer be provided. Malignant tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy, uremia dialysis, organ transplantation anti-rejection therapy and other diseases with clear diagnosis and easy identification should be accepted at any time and completed immediately.
