Fu Lei, reporter of the main station: Today (30th) is the second day of the opening of the third China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo, and I found a number of "firsts" of this expo, including the first time to set up nine high-end activities sponsored by national ministries and agencies; For the first time, forums and seminars focusing on Chinese medicine cooperation, quality infrastructure, women's exchanges, vocational education and other fields were held; For the first time, a trade fair was held around characteristic light industrial products and textile and clothing. At the same time, the China-Africa High-quality Joint Construction of the "Belt and Road" Achievements Exhibition and the China-Africa Women's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Achievements Exhibition were set up for the first time in the main exhibition hall of Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center, which is also a major feature of this exhibition.
Located in the exhibition area of China-Africa Women's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Achievements in Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center, the enthusiastic African dance represented "Welcome You". At the same time, African drumming, street dance, "Oriental Elegant Rhyme" costume show and other programs are staged here in turn.
The design of the "Lianxin Bridge" at the exhibition was inspired by Africa's first modern cable-stayed bridge built with Chinese assistance. The semi-circular arch of the Lianxin Bridge is reflected on the floor, forming a complete circle, which means that Chinese and African women are connected by hearts and friendships.
The exhibition area comprehensively uses graphics, videos, physical objects, multimedia interactions, performances and other forms, and uses visible, touchable and audible ways to let everyone understand how Chinese and African women communicate and help each other.
Since 2015, China has implemented 200 "happy life projects" and poverty alleviation projects in Africa, mainly benefiting women and children.
At the same time, the exhibition wall of China-Africa love created for this exhibition, the main part of which is a pink butterfly shape. The display cases in the butterfly wings include jewelry, coffee, avocados, etc. from Africa, as well as clothing, wigs, and bags exported to Africa.
The results exhibition is not only beautiful, but also fun. At the exhibition site, there are experience areas such as Xiang embroidery, Liling underglaze multicolored porcelain and women's calligraphy skills, presenting colorful elements of China's intangible cultural heritage. Here, the audience can interact with intangible cultural heritage masters, embroider, write women's books or color ceramics, and feel the unique charm of traditional Chinese culture.
Starting from July 1, the main exhibition hall will be open to the public for two days free of charge, and the number of visitors is expected to exceed 100,000.
