On May 11, the first stop of the three-day "China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo into Africa" was successfully concluded in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya. With the theme of "China and Africa join hands to create a better future", the event provided "face-to-face" exchange and dialogue opportunities for China and Africa, and stimulated new opportunities for China-Africa economic and trade cooperation, with 230 exhibitors.
This is the fourth consecutive time that Sany has participated in the China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo. This year, Sany Group brought SY335C excavator, STC500C5 crane, SW936K loader, and SSR200C-8H roller 4 star products to the show, presenting an eye-catching construction machinery exhibition.
Leaders of the provincial government delegation represented by Cao Zhiqiang, Vice Governor of Hunan Province, Zhou Pingjian, Chinese Ambassador to Kenya, and Ambassador Willie Bate, Kenyan Ambassador to China, visited Sany's booth.

During the exhibition, Sany Group received a total of 88 batches of customers, resulting in a turnover of about 20 million yuan, fully demonstrating the extensive industry influence and product attractiveness. At the same time, representatives of a number of banks came to propose preferential equipment financing solutions for the group's end customers. In addition, some customers expressed their intention to seek regional agency cooperation.
Sany has deep roots in Africa. In 2002, Sany motor grader was exported to Morocco, which was the first product exported by Sany, and also made Sany the first batch of construction machinery enterprises to enter the African market. After entering the African market, Sany Equipment has spread to more than 50 countries and regions in Africa and participated in almost all major projects in Africa.

At present, Sany Group regards Africa as an important market for its globalization strategy. At present, Sany has 15 subsidiaries in Africa, with more than 200 employees, and its cumulative sales over the years will exceed 20 billion yuan this year, and sales are expected to exceed 4 billion yuan in 2024.
