As part of the testing phase of the app plugin, the model can already handle 12 languages, including English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, Odia, and Assamese. According to the product design, WhatsApp chatbots will be able to respond successfully regardless of the user's voice prompt word in any local dialect.
