Her husband Ma Gancheng was a descendant of the Han Fubo general Ma Yuan, a hereditary Shizhu Xuanwei envoy (commonly known as Toast), and after Ma Gancheng was killed, because his son Ma Xianglin was young, Qin Liangyu took the place of consul. Qin Liangyu led his brothers Qin Bangping and Qin Minping to participate in the battles against the Qing army, the rebellion of Chongming, and the rebellion of Zhang Xianzhong, and other battles, and their battle achievements were outstanding, and they were awarded the title of Lady of the Erpin Commandment. The Chongzhen Emperor wrote four poems praising Qin Liangyu, who was the only hero in history to be recorded as a dynasty name in the biography of Shan Shan and the general Xiang Li.
