The spark of a spark can ignite the plains. The revolutionary seeds cultivated here were scattered on the land of the Right River, gradually becoming a trend of burning the plains, laying a solid foundation for the successful holding of the Baise Uprising, the establishment of the Red Seventh Army, and the establishment of the Youjiang Revolutionary Base Area. In the winter of 1926, Wei Baqun joined the Communist Party of China.
