Jinghai Power Supply Company has invested 4.561 billion yuan to carry out large-scale construction of "1001 Project" and "Coal to Electricity" projects, built and expanded 18 substations, increased the substation capacity by 54%, and completed the "coal to electricity" transformation of 136 villages, 70,900 households and 247 administrative institutions, providing strong support for the work of keeping warm and supply in the whole region.
