According to relevant information, Big Ship Offshore can complete about 8 marine engineering projects every year, but unexpectedly, all this came to an abrupt end in 2013.
In 2013, the internationally renowned company Hidrier announced that they needed to build 8 offshore drilling platforms with a total value of about 13 billion.
After learning the news, the world's major offshore engineering companies are eager to eat this large piece of fat meat into their mouths.
Unexpectedly, after thousands of choices, Hidriel actually chose China's large ship offshore engineering, in order to show sincerity, the group's boss John . Fredrickson went so far as to visit China himself.

They claimed that the rig built by Big Ship Offshore did not meet the requirements at all, so they wanted to cancel the order for these 6 units.
It can be said that this reason is simply vexatious, the construction work lasted for 5 years, how many days and nights in between, and if its requirements were not met, then what would Sidriel have done.
What is even more infuriating is that Hidrier also asked the big ship offshore workers to continue to complete the remaining two platforms, and now, the big ship offshore workers have no choice but to hope that the remaining two platforms will recover a little loss.
Unexpectedly, by the beginning of 2019, Hidrier suddenly had to cancel the contract for the 7th platform, knowing that at this time, the big ship offshore engineering alone had owed hundreds of millions of yuan, and the total debt was as high as 2 billion.
In the end, under the huge debt, the big ship offshore workers were finally overwhelmed and reached the point of bankruptcy.
If you think that Sidriel's purpose is only that, you are wrong, after the big ship offshore declared bankruptcy, Sidriel went so far as to take it to court with a complaint.
Because Hidrier believes that Dalian Offshore did not complete the construction of the eight rigs on schedule, it must return their down payment.

Originally, for the restructuring of such a large enterprise, there should be a lot of funds and forces rushing to enter, but the reality is cruel, because the enterprise is too professional, and no one dares to accept it.
For a time, domestic public opinion flew all over the world, and even the international community began to accuse Hidriel and John, resulting in the collapse of the company's and his personal credibility.
In order to save his image, Hidriel quickly came forward to explain, claiming that they were also at risk of bankruptcy because of the decline in international oil.

Like Daishang Offshore Engineering, Hidriel eventually broke the contract through a series of means, causing Daewoo Shipyard to also fall into an insolvent situation, and eventually had to sell the factory at a low price.
According to the revelation, the company that will eventually be acquired by Daewoo, the actual controller behind the scenes, is John. Fredrickson.
