A few days ago, Hundred Fruit Garden held an exclusive signature fruit launch conference in the ancient city of Siam in Bangkok. Relevant persons in charge of relevant agricultural institutions, industry associations and enterprises in Thailand, as well as Yu Huiyong, founder and chairman of Baiguoyuan Group, attended the meeting and delivered speeches.
At the press conference, the Thai state-owned enterprise agricultural marketing agency signed a memorandum of cooperation with Baiguoyuan to further expand the export of Thai agricultural products and consumer goods to the Chinese market. At the same time, Hundred Fruit Farm signed a memorandum of cooperation with Richfield Fresh Fruit Co., Ltd, the largest local fruit export trader in Thailand, and a number of fruit packaging companies to jointly expand and strengthen the market. In addition, the guests witnessed the in-depth integration of Hundred Fruit Garden and Thai government and enterprises in fruit trade, fruit brand building, new product research and development, and fruit cultural exchanges.
As a well-known leading fruit retail enterprise in China, Baiguo Yuan has established fruit trade cooperation with Thai enterprises for more than 20 years. It has successively developed dozens of fruit wholesale import business lines such as durian, mangosteen, longan, grapefruit, coconut, pineapple, banana, etc. At present, Hundred Fruit Farm has established cooperation with more than 800 fruit bases in 26 countries around the world, of which the purchase share of Thai fruits accounts for about 16% of the fruit share of the entire Hundred Fruit Garden.
In terms of the development of signature fruits, Chairman Yu Huiyong said that Baiguo Yuan has developed more than 10 signature varieties in Thailand. For example, Baiguoyuan's star product, Qingniwang durian, the "top pomegranate" signature in the durian industry, has set a record of selling 340 tons a day, becoming the single-day durian sales champion of Baiguoyuan.
During the tasting session of the press conference, Jingtair Siriphanich, a professor at Kasetsart University, said that he was very pleased that Baiguo Orchard had calmed down to dig up some small varieties that were about to disappear but were very valuable, and saved the precarious Qingni durian. This ancient durian variety was excavated and created by Baiguo Orchard, and eventually became the signature Qingniwang durian that is now loved by Chinese consumers.

According to the plan, the signing of this cooperation will promote the export of high-quality Thai fruits to the Chinese market, and provide Chinese consumers with access to a wide variety of high-quality Thai fruits through the 6,000 stores of Hundred Fruit Garden.
It is reported that in the past five years, Baiguo Yuan has purchased more than 220,000 tons of Thai fruits, which are deeply loved by domestic consumers. In addition, Hundred Fruit Farm has also carried out in-depth cooperation with a number of local orchards and processing factories to promote the high-quality development of the whole Thai fruit industry chain with the government. Yu Huiyong said that Baiguo Yuan will continue to steadily increase the procurement of high-quality fruits from Thailand. In 2024, Pagoda expects to purchase more than 70,000 tons of fruit in Thailand, with a purchase value of more than billions of yuan.
