Yang Lei, male, Han nationality, born in April 1970, from Xichong, Sichuan, has an in-service university degree. He began his career in August 1992 and joined the Communist Party of China in September 1999.
From August 1992 to April 2007, he worked in the Finance Bureau of Xichong County;
From April 2007 to November 2019, he successively served as a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Xichong County Audit Bureau, a member of the Party Group, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Xichong County Finance Bureau, and a Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Xichong County Bureau of Statistics;
Since November 2019, he has served as Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Xichong County Finance Bureau.
