Baima Dorjee: Hello everyone! The place where we are is is on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, so everyone's understanding of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, especially for Tibetan areas, is probably a difference of hundreds to thousands of meters in altitude from the Himalayas to the Hengduan Mountains, which has created all the geographical wonders. In fact, the beautiful natural scenery in this area still retains the original and flexible beauty, one is due to the geographical location and the underdevelopment of the transportation economy, the other is actually hidden a lot of beautiful scenery, why we say that the opening of the hidden door is to hope that through such a hotel, these hidden in the mountains can be developed.

Many people's understanding of Tibetan culture is that monasteries, white pagodas, monks wearing monks' robes, if you understand them carefully, you will find that there are many wonderful things in this culture, the most important of which is the wisdom of life that the ancestors realized. Why choose such a tough road to do such a tough hotel? The title of my speech today is called Opening the Secret Door, in fact, many people may have a lot of understanding of this area, or the entire Sichuan-Tibet route, but the understanding may often be relatively superficial, and the understanding is obtained through extremely hard work. First of all, when I started to choose the border line, the initial site selection felt that the land was not scarce, and the cost would be very low, and when the local government accompanied me to the site selection, I was told that after you chose it, we found that the place you chose was a place that others did not look at, and I was very happy, they did not see it, only I saw it, it must be very cheap. To the second step when we buy land, we found that its land is not cheap, a square meter of about 1000 yuan, those places to sell 1000 yuan, the final plot ratio must only be 0.2-0.3, it is impossible to high plot rate, so this account can be calculated. This is the first secret door that I opened in this site selection process, and I realized that it was so expensive.

What is the second step? I found that all the procedures are extremely difficult to handle, I first determined the location of the Border Tibet Line in early 2015, I ran the Border Tibet Line site selection, step by step to report to the government, I have a total of seven projects on the Border Tibet Line, the real projects are only two completed now, from 2015 to 2018, only two of the first ones started construction, there are four still walking procedures, and the land procedure has been gone for more than three years. I told my early partner that I would run back and forth to the Bianzang Line recently, and soon signed up, and one partner took his wife to Lhasa, there was a very good hotel, the first step down from Lhasa, the first night I chose the best place called Bomi, there is a best inn here, for me, the best on the whole road is almost this place, I can stay, I ignored. By the next morning, my partner's wife came to tears when she saw me, and you had to find a way to get me out of this place right away, preferably to find an airport. I said that there was no way to do this place, she said no matter, anyway, I have to leave this place today, I can't face such conditions at all, I said this condition is the best. She cried even harder, and her voice came out, and she said what should I do? There are still four days left. I've walked the Border Hidden Line 15 times so far, and I'm about to go 16 times, so I've opened all the hidden doors little by little. First of all, if you want to make guests comfortable and convenient to relax and experience poetry and far away, then you must do the whole line, otherwise no matter how beautiful the scenery, guests will not enjoy, just like the early partner wife I just said.

There is also the culture and path, when I started doing it in 2000, I chose to do it in my hometown of Shangri-La, which just before this became the name of Shangri-La, where does this name come from Shambhala, Shambhala is Tibetan culture, we all knew this before we went to junior high school. We live in space-time, in fact, there are many latitudes, when we were children we did not know much about latitude, because the latitude of this space, the latitude of space-time, this is the quantum physics of these years proposed, then said that there are many levels. In different latitudes, there is a kingdom called the Kingdom of Shambhala, in which everyone has the source of happiness, so this kingdom is a particularly beautiful kingdom. This kingdom and today's real world, there is also a passage in the two latitudes is the navel of the earth, which is actually the hidden door.

When I was doing the border hiding, I had to create an artificial navel to open this secret door. So I did six boutique hotels in my hometown of Shangri-La. Some of these six boutique hotels cover a relatively large area, about 130 acres, while the smallest only has 10 rooms, all in the mountains, not in the town, let alone in the city. But the common feature is that each hotel is almost the experience of site selection that I have accumulated in the past 20 years of making documentaries, and the experience of documentary site selection is the location of the shooting environment and territory, which definitely represents a lot of things. So I felt like this was my resource and I should use it as soon as possible, so all seven hotels in this area made hotels where the cameras used to be.

Later in 2015 to do Lijiang and Lhasa, in addition to this, in fact, the entire Border Tibet Line, we want to do seven projects, in addition to the original projects, now we see 16, at that time we were only planning 6, but in the process of development, we also found that six can not be satisfied, because some places traffic time is more than four hours, even to six hours to seven hours, so we cut into a section into seven projects, seven projects are very beautiful places, This is the landscape of four of the seven projects.

All these things, we pay the most attention to the quality, the quality of the inside is first of all the distant home, since you are doing home in these places, you certainly can not bring this kind of building in the city to that place, but also from the local growth of the original ecological building, so we have spent a lot of effort, until now are very serious about doing architecture, including Lijiang and Lhasa. The materials we use are very traditional materials, in addition to concrete, we use a lot of wood and copper, this is one of our hotels, the basins are made of copper, even the bathtub is made of copper. In addition, we also integrate culture very freely into each hotel, and in addition to cultural products, we also integrate the concept of culture into it. This is a door panel, hanging in the restaurant inside the door panel, this is about one meter wide, two meters five high, the picture drawn on the above is six longevity, reflecting the ecology of the world, each of the health is maintained in the entire ecological chain, probably this door panel has more than 600 years of history, proving that there has been such awareness.

Another quality is what we call the home of the soul, through this business, and finally comb our corporate mission into the pursuit of the source of happiness, why the pursuit of the source of happiness? How to pursue? First of all, the first problem is home, if you say that you can't become a very harmonious home, this feeling of home can't be transmitted to the guests here, so we must first solve the problem that we are home, how to solve this problem? How to let the people here still be simple and natural to maintain their nature, on this basis can form a system. We are using the most commonly used, has been trying to do things, is to use traditional cultural ways to communicate, the simplest sentence of communication is to pursue happiness The simplest and most direct way is to give happiness to others.

At this point, many people may find it complicated, but we have always found that after so many years of training, the whole team can understand this problem, why understand this problem? In fact, there is nothing mysterious in this, it is the simplest law of nature. Everyone knows that first you face a valley and cry out I love you, the response must also be I love you, this is the force and the reaction force. All crops can be sown, and when wheat is sown in the spring, a seed can be harvested in the autumn with at least 30 seeds, and the same is true for beans, but also for happiness.

If you can sow more happiness in the years of your life, you will definitely have more happiness harvest, which is the law of nature, but this is called cause and effect in traditional culture. So we really cultivate in this service without traces of service, and the first thing that everyone thinks about every morning is to wish that sentient beings will be suffering and suffering, not to depart from happiness and happy causes, which is the prayer that the local people get up every day to pray, and this prayer is to directly sow happiness. The pursuit of the source of happiness is not only the mission of our own employees, but also we hope to pass this mission to the guests, so we have set up a lot of experience products that pursue the source of happiness in our entire product, which is the guest hanging the golden sail. Why are we not seeking happiness, but the source of happiness?
