South Korean entertainer Choi Min-so retaliated against driving today, and the judge in charge of the case upheld the first-instance judgment and rejected Choi Min-so's appeal with the prosecution.
When Choi Min-so got into a dispute while driving in Seoul last September, prosecutors accused Choi Min-so of suddenly braking to stop the other party after overtaking and threatening to insult the other party, and asked the court to sentence Choi Min-so to one year in prison, while Choi Min-so claimed that the other party first scraped his car and then escaped, and he just stopped the other party. In September this year, the first-instance trial sentenced Cui Minxiu to six months in prison, suspended for two years, while both the prosecution and Cui Minxiu were not satisfied with the first-instance trial and appealed successively.
In the second-instance judgment held today, the judge ruled that the first-instance judgment was reasonable, and both Choi Min-so and the prosecution's appeal was rejected.
