Choi Min-so retaliated by driving and was sentenced to probation Appeal, which prosecutors believed was too lenient

South Korean entertainer Choi Min-so was recently sentenced to a suspended sentence by a court for retaliating against driving, and although Choi Min-so himself has dropped his appeal, prosecutors appealed to the High Court on the grounds that the sentence was too lenient.

After Cui Minxiu was accused of suddenly braking to stop the other party and threatening to insult the other party after driving past the front car in Seoul on September 17 last year, the prosecutor asked For Choi Min-so to be sentenced to one year in prison, and the court eventually sentenced Choi Min-so to six months in prison and suspended him for two years.

After the court's verdict was handed down, Choi Min-so said he would not appeal, but prosecutors said yesterday that the court's decision was too lenient and would appeal to the Seoul High Court.
