Their family has been farming for generations, and the upper six generations are illiterate, relying on a few acres of thin fields, and they are hungry. Two of the six members of the grandfather generation did not marry a daughter-in-law, and three of them had no heirs, and only they inherited the incense. My father had four brothers, and three uncles lived a tight life, and they couldn't help it. At a young age, for the sake of a few acres of land in the family, he should have been in the third grade of primary school, so he had to quit school, cut grass and feed the cattle to the third uncle's family, and learn to cultivate the field and harrow the land, in order to ask the third uncle to help plant a few acres of land. Coupled with no house to live in, to dig up dirt to build a house, a child of about ten years old did such a heavy labor, and collapsed the thoracic vertebrae! Liu Qixiu was the first to sign up for the mutual aid group and the primary society, became the leader of the production team at the age of 17, and later joined the party until the village chief retired. After graduating from junior high school, Liu Chaoxiu began his career of "breaking into the Guandong", cultivating and hunting in the Fushun Mountains of Changbai Mountain, and did not return to his hometown until the summer of 1964, under the recommendation of his mentors Liu Qinxiu and Dong Lijie, he became a "cultivating teacher" (with work points, a subsidy of 4 yuan in January) at Liu Dazhuang School, and later called "private teacher".

On December 18, 1978, the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was successfully held! We have resolutely suspended the "class struggle as the program" and opened up a new line of reform and opening up "centered on economic construction"!
In the mighty spring breeze of the party, Liu Chaoxiu was like a fish in the water, starting a family, establishing a career, becoming a talent, and starting a business, starting a new journey of revitalizing the family!
In that year, he was admitted as a private teacher at Akdala Middle School in Zhaosu County, Xinjiang Border County, and in the summer of 1980, he became a "regular teacher" with the second place in the county! Transferred his and son Yongrui's hukou to middle school and became a "town hukou"! The first to switch from the plight of six generations of rural hukou to "urban hukou"! For this reason, Liu Chaoxiu wept with joy and once borrowed flowers to write poems:

In the summer of 1981, Lu Sicheng, director of the Zhaosu County Education Bureau, recommended him to go to university and study in political law at the "Ili Education College".
In April 1980, he took the first graduation examination of the Chinese college of "Xinjiang Broadcasting Normal University" with 18 days of revision time, and spent one day and one night reading a book "Introduction to Literature" that he had never read before, (just 60 points). Graduated with a high score, but the diploma was only issued the following year!
After that, he studied child education in psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese of Shaanxi Normal University. When Xinjiang first evaluated the title, he was the only teacher in Xinjiang who held four university diplomas!
With profound knowledge, super work ability, effective school management experience, and the work spirit of Sanlang, Liu Chaoxiu always stands on the podium of the third year of high school and achieves impressive college entrance examination results!
