  Beijing, January 16 (Zhongxin Net) -- "Guozi Cultural Context -- A Joint Exhibition of Culture and Art of Successive Dynasties" opened at the Palace Museum on 16 January. With the main purpose of inheriting the excellent traditional Chinese culture and promoting the traditional Chinese virtues, the exhibition selects 179 important works of the Jin Shi group since the Tang Dynasty, and displays the extraordinary achievements made by outstanding figures in philosophy, classics, history, literature and art, as well as their immortal contributions to the prosperity and development of Chinese civilization through the theme units of "The Road to Jin Shi", "Erudite Confucianism" and "Art Garden Qunying".

  The reporter saw at the scene that a Qing Dynasty "Sanjia Chuanxu Insert" obtained a separate booth in the Noonday Gate Exhibition Hall, and the Nan wooden interstitial screen was carved with reeds and three crabs, taking its homonym "Sanjia Chuanxuan"; Next to a Qing Dynasty "blue and white glaze red Kuixing picture bottle" has the picture of Kuixing standing on one foot on the head of the head, taking its meaning of "dominating the head"; In the Qing Dynasty, "Qingyu Kuixing" holds a pen in his right hand and a silver ingot, which has a vivid image and contains the beautiful meaning of Kuixing dotting and dominating.

  In the history of China, because of the prosperity of the imperial examination, Jin Shi once became the goal of readers. Many well-known historical celebrities are Jin Shi, such as Yan Zhenqing, Liu Gongquan, Fan Zhongyan, Zhu Xi, Huang Tingjian, Zhao Mengjian, Wang Yangming and so on. They have made extraordinary achievements in the fields of philosophy, classics, history, literature, and art, and have also influenced the course of history.

  Among the exhibits is also the authentic work of Fan Zhongyan, whose handwritten calligraphy is a masterpiece of his later years, with a clean and thin pen and square and discreet lettering, which was donated to the Palace Museum in 1956 by Zhang Boju and his wife. "Ming Ren Examination Chart Horizontal Axis" depicts in detail the scene of the imperial examination in the Gongyuan: three examiners in the examination room are sitting in the middle of the lobby, and the examination booth is marked with plaques such as "Tianzi" and "Ground Number" in the order of 1,000 characters in the order of 1,000 characters at the Yong Road. This picture provides visual information for the audience to understand the imperial examination in the Ming Dynasty and its invigilation system. To a certain extent, Chen Jieqi Tuo Mao Gongding shaft makes up for the historical regret that Mao Gongding is now in the National Palace Museum in Taipei, and this piece is the full-shape topology and inscription boot-shaped topology of Chen Jieqi Jingtuo Mao Gongding in the 25th year of Qing Daoguang.

  Du Haijiang, vice president of the Palace Museum, said that by telling the story of cultural relics full of family and country feelings and embodying the family style of tutors, the exhibition enables the audience to fully understand the interrelationship of "self-cultivation, unity of family, governance of the country, and peace in the world" in Chinese culture, and the reason for the "family and country feelings" of Chinese people since ancient times, as well as the responsibility of "the sound of wind and rain reading in the ears, family affairs and state affairs and everything in the world".

  Wang Xudong, president of the Palace Museum, announced the opening of the exhibition. According to reports, the exhibition is sponsored by the Palace Museum, Beijing Cultural Relics Exchange Center, Confucius Temple and Guozijian Museum. The exhibition will be on display simultaneously in the main hall of the Noonday Gate of the Forbidden City and the exhibition hall of the Dongyan Wing, the Temple of Confucius and the Art Hall of the Guozijian Museum, from January 17 to April 2.
