The little story of the big truth is coming

author:Tao Tao is self-exalted

In the early autumn forest, there is already a hint of coolness. When the morning sun shines through the woods and shimmers onto the lake, a thin mist of water slowly rises from the lake, making the surrounding woodland hazy. The lake was silent, and two small gray rabbits quietly walked through the grass. They keep their ears high and appear to be extra careful.

Suddenly, there was a "grunting" sound from the lake. In the midst of the emptiness, the sound was particularly harsh and startled the rabbits. They first listened with their ears on the ground, then tiptoed up on their hind legs and looked around, trying to figure out what was going on. At this time, there was a sudden "grunt" again, this time it seemed to be louder than the last time. The two little rabbits were suddenly frightened, "Run, Gollum is coming, run away!" They greeted each other, turned and ran.

The fox had just come out of its nest and was rubbing its sleepy eyes when it was bumped by an oncoming rabbit. It just wanted to blame the little bunny when it heard "Here comes Gollum!" "Also inexplicably nervous, followed and ran."

The sound of their running footsteps woke up sleeping deer and monkeys in the trees. The fawns and monkeys didn't ask any questions and ran after them. Surprised, the boar pulled the fox aside and asked, "What happened?" The fox gasped and said, "Here comes Gollum, it's a monster with three heads and eight legs..." So, the wild boar also ran with everyone. Soon, pines 鼠️, badgers, leopards... More and more animals are running along the road.

This commotion quickly made the whole forest boil, and even the tiger, the king of the hundred beasts, was alarmed. The tiger ran over, stood majestically in front of the running procession, beckoned everyone to stop, and asked, "What happened?"

Seeing that the king was coming, the animals calmed down a little, and described what a terrible monster "Gollum" was. The tiger asked, "Who saw it?" "Pine 鼠️ said it was a bear, a bear said it was a monkey, a monkey said it was a fox... In the end, the rabbits said that they were the first to hear the sound, but they did not see with their own eyes what "Gollum" was. Everyone felt that they were too confused just now, and decided to go back with the tiger to see and understand.

They had just returned to the lake when they heard a "grunt" again. Everyone rushed to the lake to take a closer look, and it turned out to be the sound of papaya falling into the water. The animals couldn't help but laugh.

The story tells us that the animals in the story, because they did not figure out what "Gollum" was, had a sense of fear due to blindness, and through mutual infection, let this unwarranted fear continue to amplify, until finally knowing that what scared everyone was nothing more than the sound of papaya falling into the water, "the animals could not help but laugh." This process from "fear" to "laughter" is exactly the process by which we learn the truth. Therefore, as long as you recognize the essence of things, there is nothing to be afraid of.
